Integrated Project
Delivery
Integrated Project Delivery is a construction project delivery system where the design and construction aspects of a project are contracted with a single entity, in most cases, the general contractor. The design build method brings together the owner and the design and construction professionals as a team in a collaborative environment. All team members (owner, designer, general contractor) buy into the success of the project.
The advantages of the design build project delivery method are many but the inherent efficiency of design build translating into a shorter project duration is foremost.
Synchronized Design and Construction
Synchronized Design and Construction is the most well known and traditional contracting method for construction projects. It differs from the design build approach in that the general contractor does not enter the process until after the design is complete. All design decisions and construction documentation are completed prior to the general contractor bidding the project.
Completed construction documents are released for competitive bid to general contractors where the most competitive bid typically secures the project.

With a Strategic Project Oversight, the owner contracts directly with each sub-contractor as a prime for each construction trade. We offer a wide range of construction management and construction site observation services to our clients.
Our construction management team will: Secure and supervise top local contractors, work closely with design and construction teams, acquire superior materials and services at competitive rates, Coordinate routine inspections and monitors construction process, and Provide thorough project close-out documentation
